I have not received my tax receipt.
Once you have completed your donation, we will issue a tax receipt and send it by email (if donated online) within 24 hours. A hardcopy will be sent within 10 business days. If you do not receive a tax receipt please call us at 1-800-414-0471.

How will I know if my e-card (for in memory donations) was sent?
E-cards for in memory donations are sent within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
How can I change bank account information for monthly donations?
You should contact Lee Gounden at (416) 535-8501 ext. 34093, if there is a change of information relating to your account (e.g. account number, type of account, financial institution) 15 days before the processing date (1st of 19th, depending on your agreement). Failing to do so may cause a PAD to be processed against your original account.
